Kahilnar. Crown Prince of Rhun. He is part Human (62.5%), Dragon (25%) and Elf (12.5%). He has black hair, green eyes that change to black when his birth-power comes into play and a dragon-gift that involves water. Kahilnar is bonded to the battle dragoness, Sharpmist.
