Asabiarn! I realized that I didn't have a picture of him and then I just felt horrible for the young one! LOL This is him. Sorry the picture isn't the greatest, its the best I could find of the child I wanted.
















This is Yileke. She is an important character that we shall see later on in Brono a Cuil. I cannot tell you much about her now except that she is from Rhun, is deaf and an identical twin to Nareke. Both sisters are brown-haired and hazel-eyed.



















Nareke is the twin sister of Yileke. She is bold, blunt and doesn't like to be pushed around. Her sister is much more gentle-tempered and this is part of the reason Nareke is so hot-tempered. She is from Rhun and along with Yileke, we shall see more of her in Brono a Cuil.

Summary:

Morroch is on his own now and heading toward Ered Mithrin with Voronflame, the fire dragon, to meet the Dragon Clan. Alagos is following in the shadows and Morroch can't help but wonder if he has made the right decision in seeing his kin. He knows only time will tell him if he's made a mistake.

Meanwhile, in a small human village trouble is stirring and both children and dragonlings are going missing. Neither species knows what is going on, where their children are or who is taking them, and tempers and accusations are starting to flare between the two races...

Rhûnic

This language is much like the language of Harad in its pronunciations, but does have a flavor all its own. The Rhûnic tongue is complex and has evolved over time, taking on certain characteristics of the languages around the land of Rhûn. There is some Haradaic that the Easterlings have made their own and even dashes of elven mixed into their tongue.

Most of this language is ENTIRELY MADE UP by me, while other smaller bits are taken from the Arabic language. If there are any words you recognize it is most likely a coincidence or the result of mild studying on my part. LOL

Ancients

As with "Dragon Sizes", I felt this information deserved its own post.

Ancients

Ancients are the leaders of the dragons. They are the decision-makers in the Dragon Clan. Many are old, but an Ancient can be a young as a Kinwa. There are nine Ancients, one for each type of dragon, though, not all Ancients are of pure blood. They live relatively normal lives, being allowed to have a mate, dragonlings and step down from their positions if a to-be Ancient is ready to take their place. An Ancient will sometimes change the first part of their name when they settle into their new position. Example: Celestream was once known as Calmstream.

Ancients to-be

Dragons or dragonlings that are called to be Ancients from birth, but are not ready or are unable to take the role of an Ancient at a certain point in their lives. As you can see, some of the Ancient roles are not filled. This fact is so because that race of dragon is dying out or because a to-be Ancient has simply not yet been born. Some to-be Ancients will be older then others.

Dragon Sizes

I was looking back on my posts and I decided that these details deserved a post of their own...

1. Fire Dragons. Their size is massive - about the size of a siege tower, maybe a bit smaller.

2. Battle Dragons. These dragons actually range between numbers 2 and 6 on the dragon scale. They can be slightly smaller then a Fire Dragon or about the size of a Sky Dragon and anywhere in between.

3. Earth Dragons. They are gentle giants, about 2.5 times the the size of mountain troll.

4. Treasure Dragons. Their size is big, too, as they are only slightly smaller then an Earth Dragon.

5. Water Dragons. These dragons are surprisingly small, being about the size of two semi-trucks - more in length then height.

6. Sky Dragons. They are no bigger then one semi-truck - for both height and length.

7. Sand Dragons. These dragons are no bigger than one semi-truck and usually a bit smaller than that.

8. Shape-shifter Dragons. These dragons (when in dragon form) range from between the size of a u-haul truck to the size of a simple pick-up truck.

9. Knowledge Dragons. Their size is between a pick-up truck and a small car.

10. Vy-kror Dragons. Their size is that of a small car and they are longer than they are tall.

11. Messenger Dragons. They are the smallest dragons, being only about the size of a small car or large horse.

12. Char-pyk Dragons. They are either slightly bigger or slightly smaller than messenger dragons, being about the size of a large horse.

13. Halfbreeds. These dragons range in sizes as much as they do in temperament and ability. A Halfbreed dragon's size is usually based on which type of dragon they relate to more, but this is not always the case.

Dragon Pictures

This is one type of dragon in Rhun, the Char-pyk. As you can see, they are a lot smaller then any Northern or even Southern Dragon, being no bigger then a large horse. Their wings are smaller, only affording them a small time of flight and no real way to bear a human in the air. While bearing a rider, they merely glide. The Char-pyk are intelligent creatures and have the ability to release a mist that confuses the minds of humans and elves and makes them more susceptible to commands for the Char-pyk. The dragons only use this as a self-defense mechanism.

The Char-pyk hide in the mountains, only venturing out when they have to. They are hunted ruthlessly by the people of Rhun and can be used as beasts of burden as well if drugged.










This is the the head-shape and look of Freewalker. I have no colored picture to give you or even a full-body one, but I think this does her some justice.





































This is Sunwing. She is a Kinwa and a fire dragoness from the Dragon Clan. The three dragonlings are her younger siblings; Blaze (under her legs), Smoke (touching noses) and Sun. Smoke and Sun are two dragonlings that have been captured.




Dashheart. This is not a perfect image of him, but it is close. He has large wings, a small body and he's green and white. Dashheart is a messenger dragon.




This is Seregon, a battle dragon and the current Battle Ancient. He and Morroch do NOT get along and Seregon still has a part to play in the next few installments of O Uruloki.




These are sky dragons. The one in the front is Skyfang, a light blue dragon and a Kinwa. The dragon under him and near his tail is Mirwind, the Sky Ancient and also a Kinwa. The dragon under Skyfang's neck is Cloudwing, his sister. She is a light blue dragoness and a Fangna. The dragonling on Skyfang's back is Wind; he is the To-be Sky Ancient.

This is Maazin (brown hair, brown eyes) and Madoc (blond hair, brown eyes). They are not siblings. LOL Maazin is from Harad. He is 6 years, human and was taken from his home in Nremesirn. His current location is unknown. Madoc is 5 years, human and from the mountain village in Ered Mithrin. He was taken along with the other younger village children. His current location is unknown.

























Saath. He is human and from the mountain village in Ered Mithrin. Saath is 12 years and was taken with the other children in the village. His sister is Heled (further down). He tries to keep them safe from their captors. His current location is unknown.























Zainaben is a Dunedain and 16 years. He is blond-haired and gray-eyed, his features coming from both his father, a Dunedain and his mother, a Rohirric woman. He was taken along with Gweltari and another ranger child called Niluphel. His home is the wilderness his parents travel through, but his current location is unknown.























This is Niluphel. She is a Dunedain, 13 years and her home is the wilderness. Niluphel was taken along with Gweltari and Zainaben. She is very close to Zainaben, though, they are not siblings. Her current location is unknown.






















Dera is a little girl of bright spirit and a happy heart. She is best friends with Cadi and was taken along with the other child. She is 5.5, human and from the mountain village in Ered Mithrin. Her current location is unknown.



Heled is human, 14.5 years and from the mountain village in Ered Mithrin. She is the eldest girl taken captive from the village and tries to be a comfort to the children just as much as Saath, her younger brother, tries to protect them. Her current location is unknown.















Aduial is an elfling of about 295 years. She is from Mirkwood/Eryn Lasgalen and was taken along with five other elflings from her home. Her current location is unknown.



















Redaya. She is from Harad, is human and around 15 years despite her young appearance. She does her best to care for Malek (different post) and Maazin, one child from Rhun and the other from her home of Nremesirn. Her current location is unknown.





































Beridhren. A young elf of 750 years, he is the oldest to be taken from Mirkwood./Eryn Lasgalen. He tends to be a fighter and gets himself injured more then the others, but he thinks it worth it if it takes attention off the other children. His current location is unknown.























Lhoson is from Mirkwood/Eryn Lasgalen. He is an elfling of 356 years and best friends with Calenhir (other post). Many mistake them for siblings, but they are not related. Lhoson's current location is unknown.

Kahilnar's Family

Vaanya. Mother of Kahilnar and the first wife of Diraron. She is part Dragon (5o%), Human (25%) and Elf (25%). She died of a mysterious illness at the age of 38 years when Kahilnar was 23 years. She has brown hair and green eyes.




















Mawiyah. She is Diraron's second wife and the mother of both Kilicar and Mahayre. She is very quiet, but very protective of her daughter. She let Diraron do what he wished with Kilicar because boys are not raised by their mothers. Mawiyah is 43 years.




















This is Firyal. She is Diraron's third wife and much more bold then the others. She is Sacalnun, Katun and Edgu's mother. She is 49 years and knows the inner workings of the palace and kingdom better then some men, not that she can show it.



















This is Sacalnun. He is the second oldest brother and while he's not of the light, he is also not entirely without a heart. He's decent to woman for the most part and he usually doesn't speak when angry, tending to hold what he feels in his heart, good and bad. It effects his actions deeply and sometimes unwisely. His mother is Firyal and he is 31 years.


































This is Kilicar. He is the third brother and the darkest. He's cares for no one and nothing but himself. He's willing to kill, lie and hurt in order to get his way. He is black haired and black eyed. His mother is Mawiyah. He is 25 years.




















Edgu. This is Kahilnar's youngest, fourth, brother. He is 18 years with black hair and dark eyes. He is the cunningest of the brothers, despite his young age and relatively innocent appearance. His mother is Firyal.



























Katun. She has dark brown hair and dark eyes. She is 15 years and the eldest daughter in the family. Her mother is Firyal. She is due to marry soon, but she'd rather not. Unfortunately she has little say in the matter.

































This is Mahayre. She is only 8 years and has retained a childlike innocence despite her family's corruption. She is attached to Kahilnar and is wise for her years, worrying about her brother often. She has curly, black hair and brown eyes. She usually carries around a stuffed item that comforts her. Her mother is Mawiyah.

This is Oyna. She is 19 years. She is of no relation to Kahilnar, but she is part of his life. She is a character of a darker nature. We shall see some of her in the future.
















This is Sharpmist. She is a Battle Dragoness - white with red eyes. Don't ask me why I posted her picture here. I just came across her and had to show what she looked like.

Amr. This is the 16 year old son of Ikrimah, the King of Harad, Amr. He will be showing up in the stories very soon...



This is Sumay. She is the youngest daughter of Ikrimah, King of Harad. She is around 11-12 years old. She will be seen in the stories soon...












Tigeki, the auburn-haired-green-eyed-fiery-one. She is 14 and boy, does she have opinions! She is half Haradrim and half shape-shifter dragon. Her skin is supposed to be darker. She is bonded to Emeraldsong, the Treasure Ancient.






















This is Sakalthor! I don't know what he is saying here, but it seems to be important. *nods sagely* He's 6, going on 7 years and bonded to Leaf, the Earth Dragonling.


Sakalthor and another elven child (we are going to meet him soon). The dark-haired one is Sakalthor and the blond is Actreo, his elven friend. Actreo is about 535 years and twin to Acwyn (below). Actreo is of Lothlorien, but his current location is unknown.


This is Acwyn. She is twin sister to Actreo and will be showing up about the same time he does. LOL She is an elven child about 535 years old. Acwyn is of Lothlorien, but her current location is unknown.


Cadi! A character of about 6 years that has only had her name mentioned, but you will see more of her soon... She is from the mountain village and her father is Sadoc. This is the only information known about her at this time.





















Calenhir is an elven child of about 350 years. He lives in Mirkwood/Eryn Lasgalen, but is currently in an unknown location. We shall be seeing him soon.













Arasell. She is an elven child of about 425 years and lives on the outskirts of Mirkwood/Eryn Lasgalen. Her current location is unknown, but we will see her soon. She is half Sindar Elf and half Noldor Elf (which accounts for her brown hair).




























Malek. He is 11 years, small for his age and human with black hair and eyes. He is from Rhun, but his current location is unknown. We will see him soon.

Character Names

Characters in my stories and the meaning of their names. If one or more names are bunched together, this means that they all belong to one person, that they are aliases. Some names are elven, some are made up and others are researched. A few are a combination of different languages.

If I use the letter "i" by itself, this means it is the short sound of "I" not the long sound like "Eye".

There are two parts to this alphabetized name list. Part one is important people who will be seen over and over. The second part is people who will show up once or twice, but as of yet, have no true importance.

Dracon

Dracon is different from the normal dragon tongue. It is like...well it is like when someone says 'welcome'. This word can mean different things such as; "welcome to my home" or "you are accepted" or "come in" or "it is good to see you". Dracon is like a language within a language. It is a language within the dragon tongue.

This language is very old and only a few important titles, phrases and words are remembered. You will not see full sentences in Dragon - unless you are a Desert Dragon that lives in Harad. This is the only place Dracon has survived, intact.
